Meet The Doctor
Dr. Annie Tsuchiyama was born and raised in Alamo, CA, a small town in Northern California. She moved down to Southern California for her undergraduate education at the University of California, Irvine. Before dental school, she worked as a special education aide at a middle school and loved working with the kids, their teachers, and their families. She attended the University of California, Los Angeles for dental school where she continued to learn how to best support children and their parents with their oral health. She completed her specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry residency at the University of Southern California and Children’s Hospital of Orange County. Dr. Tsuchiyama is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the California Society of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Annie believes pediatric dentistry is a beautiful profession where we can help educate, empower, and encourage children to care for their oral health. She believes the best care is through teamwork between the dentist, child, and parents and she looks forward to meeting your family!
In her spare time, you can find her tending to her plants, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her two little nieces, her fiancé, and the rest of her family.
